I got a Pancake recipe from 树荫下..I decided to make this for Jimmy Zai..Hehe..It is quite simple and easy..:P

When I just started to cook, Jimmy woke up and he would like to cook..Hehe..He is really excited than me..:)

Putting Honey On It

食谱抄自： 树荫下

材料：
150g 自发面粉
50g 细砂糖
1/4tsp 盐
110ml 牛奶
1粒 蛋
1tbsp 粟米油

做法：
1）将面粉，细砂糖及盐混合，再加入蛋，牛奶及油，用搅拌器搅拌均匀。
2）烧热平底锅（不粘锅），用舀匙将一大匙面糊倒入锅，慢火煎至两面呈金黄色即可。
3）可淋上喜爱的淋酱趁热享用。
