I have my first courtship ring on a very special date..It is 09.09.09..Unfortunately, I have lost it after three months because of my careless..I am very sad and sorry..The lesson learned from this matter is I should treasure everything in my life before it is too late..

Side Walk Ice Cream...

Yesterday, we went to Aberdeen to have dinner..Unfortunately, their set dinner time was over..Then we moved to My Point..Unlucky, it was closed..Finally, we changed our mind to Side Walk Ice Cream..Hehe!! This is our 4th times to visit Side Walk Ice Cream House..Hehe!! This time I remembered to take down the name of ice cream and photos..Hehe!!

I have ordered Chicken Chop as my dinner and Banana Boat as dessert while Jimmy ordered Merry Carnival..Hehe!! Frankly, I like Banana Boat very much..We have been here for 4 times and I have taken Banana Boat for 3 times..Hehe!! Jimmy chose Rum & Raisin and Lemon Sherbet for his ice cream flavors whereas I chose Chocolate Ripple Mint, Sweet Corn and Pistachio..Unfortunately, the waitress made a mistake..She gave me Lemon Sherbet instead of Pistachio..Anyway, it is a nice try..Hehe!! For the chicken chop, it is yummy and the sauce is rich of mushroom taste..Hehe!!

Jimmy had bought me a BUM watch as my Christmas & New Year present..Hehe!! Thanks ya..I like it very much..It is very sporty and the colour quite sharp..Hehe!!

Ab's Cooking Journey...Part 19...~Chocolate Indulgence~

My first time to try Secret Recipe - Chocolate Indulgence is during my birthday celebration..It is so delicious and I like to chocolate much..Hehe!! Today I decided to make my homemade Chocolate Indulgence..Hehe!! This is my first time to make continental cake which is originated in Europe..

After bought all the ingredients, I started my cooking journey..Hehe!! Firstly, I need to prepare a sponge cake..It is easy to make because I have bought an all-in-one flour (highly recommended by the cake shop's boss)..I just need to add on eggs and water and beat them all together will do..Hehe!!

While baking the sponge cake, I prepared the chocolate cream..After sponge cake is ready, I cut it into 4 layers..I have placed one layer of cake onto the cake board and spread some of the chocolate cream onto the cake..Then I did the same procedure for the remaining..

After that, I covered the whole cake with a thin layer of the whipped cream..This step is quite hard for me..Hehe!! I could not cover the cake with whipped cream nicely and evenly..Hehe!! However, I still try to make it..Hehe!! Then I have kept the cake into fridge for 2 hours..Meanwhile, I started to prepare the chocolate glazing..Hehe!!

Finally it is the time to pour the chocolate glazing..Hehe!! I was so excited because it is the step that I worried much..Hehe!! I poured the chocolate glazing over the cake and try to coat it evenly..It is quite hard because the white whipped cream easily mix with the chocolate glazing if I coat it overly..So I need to be extra careful for this..Hehe!! The chocolate glazing is pouring itself all over the cake from the top to the bottom..Hehe!! Then I kept into fridge again..Hehe!!

I have tried my homemade Chocolate Indulgence..It is nice..I like the chocolate very much!! Hehe!! Some marks deducted because the third and forth layer of cakes are quite hard if compared to the top 2 layers..The top layer is very smooth..Hehe!! I am quite happy and satisfied with my homemade chocolate Indulgence..Hehe!! Yahooh, mission which I considered hard finally done successfully..Hehe!!

Christmas Present Exchange Party @ Olivenz Cafe

Last Thursday we had a Christmas Present Exchange Party at Olivenz Cafe..It was an enjoyable dinner and we had a lot of fun!! HeHe!!

It is my first time to eat at here..The environment is nice and relax..The decorations of Christmas Festival are simple and yet pretty nice..Hehe!! For the service, the waiter and waitress are ready for help..Overall, it is a good try..Hehe!!

For the dinner, I took red wine chicken chop (RM13.90) and Jimmy had a Salmon kebab (RM17.80)..The food is served with some vege and french fries..For the red wine chicken, it is nice but lack of red wine taste..Hehe!! Jimmy commented that the Salmon kebab is quite nice and the smoked sauce is yummy!! Just the food is served with small portion..For those who have a big appetitte, they sure have to order some snack after Salmon kebab..Hehe!! If I have chance to visit this cafe again, I will try "Peppy Swiss Chicken"..Hehe..

After that, we chose ice cream as our dessert..Hehe!! We took Nutty Crunch(RM8.90)..The name is quite funny..Hehe!! When Nutty Crunch is served, all of us were attracted by its outlook..It is very nice and looks delicious!! It is surrounded by M&M candy and biscuits..The 2 scoops ice creams are bigger than normal..Hehe!!

After eat, we started our present exchange game..Hehe!! It is really unbelievable because most of us are getting the gift from the same person as last year..Hehe!! I got a cutie cake shaped towel and Jimmy was so LUCKY..Hehe!! He got "The Best Christmas Gift of 2009"..Guess what? It is toothbrushes from our "Tai Wong Tai Hou" - SY..Haha!!

We did have a lot of fun and enjoyed much..Hehe!! It is a great and wonderful Christmas Party..
